How long do surveys take?

• 30mins – 1.5 Hours depending on the size of the project. All of our Survey’s are conducted by appointment as each clients visions differs, depending on their property size, budgets and visions.

Do you supply all materials for each project?

• E Saint George Ltd supplies all clients with Full Building Materials on each project. However, we do NOT Supply White Goods (for bathroom renovations/kitchens). We work with various suppliers in the industry and more than happy to assist our clients with their White Goods Lists.

How long does it take to complete a Kitchen Installation?

• Our Dry-Fit kitchen installation processes are to be completed within 3 working days.

• Please Note: additional time will be required for building works, plumbing, gas, electrical services, tiling, etc. Our surveyor will give you a more specific and detailed Completion Time-Frame upon assessing the works you require.

Can we supply our own paint for Internal Decoration works?

• Yes Absolutely. Additionally, we shall assist you with paint recommendations to get the best finished-result for your project.

Will my Gas Services be Certified?

• Yes 100%. Our Gas Engineers are fully qualified and all works conducted by E Saint George Ltd will be certified.
• Please Note: Our Certification Costs are approximately £150. This does not include Labour nor Materials (Testing & Certification).

Will my Electrical Services be Certified?

• Yes 100%. Our Electrical Engineers are fully qualified and all works conducted by E Saint George Ltd will be certified.

Can you assist with pre-planning of extension works?

• Yes Definitely. We work very closely with Structural Engineers that can assist you with Design & Planning, Structural RSJ Supply and Fit services.
• All engineering works are conducted separately between the clients & AS Engineering. Our focus and responsibility is to ensure all processes are smoothly communicated and the works completed as per Engineers and Building Control criteria.

Can I hire E Saint George Ltd on hourly basis?

• Yes definitely. We provide an hourly charge service for Handy Man Jobs and Gardening assistance. Additionally we shall assist with any monthly repeat works (especially on the gardening maintenance aspect of works).

Can we get a Quote for Insurance purposes?

• We provide Insurance Quotes to all of our Clients for a small fee. All Insurance Quotes are charged separately.
• £95 a quote without a survey. £250 a quote with a survey.

Are the Booking Deposits Refundable?

• 10% Booking Fee is non-refundable if survey and quote have been completed. The client can postpone a project for a later date on the same Year. If the project goes past 12 Months, the Deposit nor the Quote will be honoured due to market inflation of material costs.

Can we pay by Cheque?

• Yes of course. Please read all details from the Accounting e-mail for your project. The cheque must be cleared 5 days prior to start of works. The cheque payments are accepted 50% Deposit beginning of Project and 50% Payment clearance by Halfway through the project.

Why do I need to provide Parking?

• Parking is the Clients Responsibility & Clients must ensure that Parking is available for all contracted vehicles required on your project.

• We must ensure that our clients can provide Parking spaces for vehicles containing tools, materials and employees in order to complete the requested services. Please Note: All Tickets and Pay-Meter Charges will be charged on the clients contracted invoice, if Parking is not available and arranged prior to the Project Start Dates. Please read your contract and Accounts E-mail with conditions.

What are E Saint George Ltd Guarantees?

• E Saint George Ltd guarantees Project Completion & Proposed Works, along as the client guarantees payment and meeting allocated responsibilities as per his/her contract. We guarantee works completions within contracted time-frame and budgeting for the services required/contracted for. This is defined as in Your Scope of Works – List of Services. Any/All requests made outside of this will be charged at additional cost.
